Interior Design Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for interior design projects aligned with organizational goals and market trends
• Oversee design concepts, organization, and execution from concept to completion
• Lead the design of interior spaces in coordination with architectural design teams and project requirements
• Manage consultant teams to ensure design briefs are executed accurately, on time, and within budget
• Lead the project team in the completion of FF&E design, documentation, and final specification reviews
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure excellence and adherence to company standards
• Advise on space planning, interior aesthetics, and the integration of FF&E
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, Applied Arts Interior Design, or a relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Interior Design Management role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create and maintain design project timelines
