Interior Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers within an integrated design process
• Contribute to projects through the full lifecycle from conceptual design to construction administration
• Partner with Project Managers to execute interior architecture and design assignments
• Prepare and coordinate design development and construction documentation
• Oversee the production of project documentation completed by junior designers
• Process construction administration documentation including RFIs and submittals
• Research building products, materials, and construction methods
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience in interior architecture and design projects
• NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing certification
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility, and construction materials
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED accreditation
• Experience with Rhino
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
