About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales and advisory process for customers
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Advise on and sell kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe solutions
- Create visualizations and inspiring drawings using design software
- Prepare quotes and present solutions to clients
- Handle product ordering and coordinate delivery and installation
- Collaborate with craftsmen and other professionals to complete projects
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions
- Flair for interior design and an eye for detail
- Solution-oriented, thorough, and organized
- Availability to work standard hours (10:00-17:30) and every other Saturday (10:00-13:00)
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for customer visits
