About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and advise customers in-store, via telephone, and via email
- Conduct needs assessments and design interior solutions through drawing and design
- Prepare quotes and provide advice on financing
- Follow up on the sales process to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Thrive in customer contact and targeted sales
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain overview in busy periods
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Experience in retail, sales, crafts, or other customer-related roles is an advantage but not required
