Interior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Receive and advise customers in-store, via telephone, and via email
• Conduct needs assessments and design interior solutions through drawing and design
• Prepare quotes and provide advice on financing
• Follow up on the sales process to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Thrive in customer contact and targeted sales
• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain overview in busy periods
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Experience in retail, sales, crafts, or other customer-related roles is an advantage but not required
