Responsibilities

• Bring holiday magic to life in homes
• Lead a small team on-site and guide assistants to complete projects efficiently
• Design and style Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and full-room décor with creativity and precision
• Ensure each project reflects Noel Decor’s high standards and client expectations
• Manage time and workflow to ensure projects finish smoothly and on schedule
• Communicate with clients and represent Noel Decor with professionalism

Requirements

• Professional Christmas decorating experience
• Strong eye for design and luxury-level holiday aesthetics
• Experience leading a team or managing on-site workflow
• Excellent time-management skills
• Professionalism and strong client-facing communication skills
• Reliable SUV or similar vehicle to transport décor and supplies
• Ability to climb ladders to decorate trees up to 12 ft
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
