Interior Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely and budget-compliant procurement, delivery, and storage of all FF&E for national and international hotel projects
• Maintain FF&E databases, update technical product documentation, and ensure structured archiving of all orders
• Source new products, vintage pieces, and suppliers to support the unique design of our hotels
• Build and maintain a network of dealers and suppliers, including creating relevant briefings
• Independently manage orders and invoice verification to ensure project continuity
• Coordinate logistics, intermediate storage, and "just-in-time" deliveries
• Create project documentation including care and cleaning instructions, and handle warranty claims

Requirements

• Ideally, previous experience in interior design, furnishings, or procurement
• A strong interest in vintage furniture and various design eras
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Fluency in both German and English
• A systematic approach with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creative problem-solving
• Availability to work 20 hours per week
