Interim Responsible Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Act as the Interim Responsible Pharmacist for the Ennevelin site during absences of the Lead Responsible Pharmacist.
• Ensure compliance with national and European pharmaceutical regulations.
• Serve as the secondary pharmaceutical contact for audits, inspections, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee GDP and pharmaceutical compliance, including deviations, recalls, CAPAs, and quality risk management.
• Maintain and improve internal quality systems, SOPs, and policies in line with GDP and ISO standards.
• Monitor quality checks, audit findings, and non-conformities, escalating issues as necessary.
• Support operational teams with quality and compliance-related topics and promote a strong compliance culture.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist according to applicable national regulations.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, distribution, or regulated pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and OTC regulatory frameworks.
• Solid understanding of national and international pharmaceutical legislation.
• Native-level French and very good English skills (C1/C2).
• Ability to interpret regulations pragmatically within an operational environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
