Interim Responsible Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Act as the Interim Responsible Pharmacist during the primary pharmacist's absences, ensuring compliance with national and European regulations.
• Serve as a key pharmaceutical contact during audits, inspections, and communications with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Guarantee GDP and pharmaceutical compliance for operations, including monitoring deviations, recalls, CAPA, and quality risk management.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal quality systems, SOPs, and policies in accordance with GDP and ISO requirements.
• Oversee quality controls, audit findings, and non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and escalated when necessary.
• Support operational teams on quality and compliance matters and promote a strong quality culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Pharmacist degree in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, pharmaceutical distribution, or a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of GDP requirements and the OTC regulatory framework.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations pragmatically within an operational setting.
• Native French speaker with a C1/C2 level of English (written and oral).
• Proactive and flexible personality suited for a dynamic, high-growth environment.
