Interim Responsible Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Act as the Interim Responsible Pharmacist at the Ennevelin site during the primary Responsible Pharmacist's absences
• Serve as the secondary pharmaceutical contact during audits, inspections, and exchanges with authorities
• Ensure GDP and pharmaceutical compliance of operations, including deviations, recalls, CAPA, and risk management
• Maintain and continuously improve internal quality systems, SOPs, and policies in accordance with GDP and ISO requirements
• Monitor quality controls, audit findings, and non-conformities, escalating issues when necessary
• Support operational teams on quality and compliance matters
• Promote a strong culture of quality and compliance within the organization

Requirements

• Pharmacist degree compliant with current regulations
• Registration with Section C of the Ordre National des Pharmaciens
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, distribution, or a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Strong mastery of GDP requirements and the OTC regulatory framework
• Solid knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations
• Native French and high level of English (C1/C2)
• Ability to apply regulations pragmatically in an operational environment
