Interim Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead and support research projects, including data collection, survey administration, and data analysis
• Oversee project management and the preparation of professional research reports and deliverables
• Develop and provide structured training programs for students involved in data collection and focus groups
• Collaborate with community-based research partners and internal stakeholders to support grant-related activities
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students regarding survey and research tools
• Ensure accuracy in data, analysis, and data privacy for all research outputs

Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience working in a research environment
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis and experience with research and survey tools
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in a team-based environment with professional staff, faculty, and students

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Qualtrics, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R
