Interim Release QP Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the professional activities of the Qualified Person (QP) group within the Regional Quality Assurance team.
• Ensure all pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, testing, and handling comply with current GMP guidelines and EU/local regulations.
• Perform batch certification for finished products destined for EU/EEA markets, ensuring compliance with marketing authorizations.
• Review and approve technical quality agreements for contract manufacturing and participate in supplier audits.
• Oversee deviations and non-conformities, ensuring thorough investigations and appropriate reporting.
• Ensure all manufacturing and packaging processes are conducted using qualified machinery and validated methods.
• Manage the process for product recalls and withdrawals from the market.
• Provide mentorship, support, and training to personnel regarding GMP and quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Proven experience as a Qualified Person (QP).
• At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid Qualified Person (QP) license issued by the local authority.
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian (C1 level) with the ability to prepare complex technical reports.
• Deep understanding of GMP principles, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
