About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex lease cases and real estate transactions within a dynamic international environment
  • Draft and review legal documentation for commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centers, hotels, and industrial buildings
  • Support sustainable energy projects such as wind and solar parks
  • Collaborate closely with fellow lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, and other professionals within the firm
  • Maintain contact with both Dutch and international clients to provide high-quality legal advice

Requirements

  • Master of Dutch Law (Master Nederlands recht)
  • Sworn lawyer status (beëdigd als advocaat)
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions and lease law
  • Ability to handle files independently and work proactively
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages
