About the role
Responsibilities
- Work on complex lease cases and real estate transactions within a dynamic international environment
- Draft and review legal documentation for commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centers, hotels, and industrial buildings
- Support sustainable energy projects such as wind and solar parks
- Collaborate closely with fellow lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, and other professionals within the firm
- Maintain contact with both Dutch and international clients to provide high-quality legal advice
Requirements
- Master of Dutch Law (Master Nederlands recht)
- Sworn lawyer status (beëdigd als advocaat)
- Proven experience in real estate transactions and lease law
- Ability to handle files independently and work proactively
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages
