Interim Manager, Peer to Peer Fundraising

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of community fundraising programs, including peer-to-peer and Facebook fundraising
• Oversee supporter engagement, fundraising platforms, and rapid response fundraising support
• Lead marketing execution for significant channels, products, or services
• Manage the development and execution of fundraising events from ideation through analysis
• Coordinate data and analytics reports to track program performance
• Develop and deliver innovative, DEI-driven marketing communications and storytelling

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community, peer-to-peer, or digital fundraising, or nonprofit marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience with platforms such as DonorDrive, GoodUnited, Facebook Fundraising, Tiltify, or Salesforce
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing fundraising campaigns or events from planning through reporting
• Advanced project management skills including timeline and analytics report production
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive emergency fundraising needs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
