Interim 2nd Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.
• Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Create an emotionally engaging guest experience by utilizing product knowledge and implementing company selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and safety/loss prevention measures.
• Analyze business results to create action plans that achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
