Interface & Stakeholder Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interface management strategies to ensure seamless integration between departments and systems
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate interface-related risks and issues
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and oversee interface-related projects to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain interface documentation, including agreements and control documents
• Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and engagement activities
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Continuously improve interface management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface management or stakeholder management
• Willingness to relocate to KSA and ability to join immediately
• Proven track record of successful project coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• In-depth knowledge of interface management principles
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices
