Interface Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues between various disciplines and contractors
• Maintain and update critical interface documentation, including registers, matrices, and logs
• Coordinate interface meetings and communicate essential information to all relevant parties
• Support the Interface Manager in interface control and quality assurance activities
• Monitor progress and report on interface status, risks, and potential conflicts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of interface management processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 12 years of experience in interface management or project coordination within construction or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of interface processes and project coordination principles
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
