Interface Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interfaces between different disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify, assess, and resolve interface conflicts or issues promptly
• Maintain interface documentation, including interface matrices, registers, and logs
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure alignment of activities and schedules
• Monitor and track interface progress, escalating issues as necessary to senior management
• Support project managers in planning and execution by providing interface-related insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements regarding interface management
• Conduct regular interface meetings and report on interface status and risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in interface management or related roles within construction or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of project coordination, interface processes, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
• Proficiency in relevant project management and communication tools
