Interculturality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the interculturality strategy for professional programs, ensuring integration of in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
• Develop innovative intercultural experiences such as COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning), study tours, and virtual collaborations.
• Coordinate strategic alliances and agreements with international educational institutions and organizations.
• Promote student participation through advisory services, information campaigns, and communication strategies.
• Document and standardize intercultural processes to ensure operational consistency across all campuses.
• Monitor and report on key impact and satisfaction indicators to drive data-based improvements.
• Manage and optimize the assigned budget for interculturality projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience working in intercultural programs or international academic coordination.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills.
