About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the interculturality strategy for professional programs, ensuring integration of in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
- Develop innovative intercultural experiences such as COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning), study tours, and virtual collaborations.
- Coordinate strategic alliances and agreements with international educational institutions and organizations.
- Promote student participation through advisory services, information campaigns, and communication strategies.
- Document and standardize intercultural processes to ensure operational consistency across all campuses.
- Monitor and report on key impact and satisfaction indicators to drive data-based improvements.
- Manage and optimize the assigned budget for interculturality projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience working in intercultural programs or international academic coordination.
- High proficiency in English.
- Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills.
