Intercompany Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage complete and accurate accounting for all intercompany and intra-company process flows, including stock and non-stock transactions.
• Execute intercompany charge outs and charge ins, reconcile out-of-balances, and monitor aging.
• Perform timely financial period closings in accordance with the closing calendar, SLA commitments, and SOX requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal company policies.
• Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and automation in financial reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations to support business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or an MBA.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or BPO environment.
• Experience in a Global Account to Report function within a large multinational corporation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
