Intercompany Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post intercompany invoices, accruals, and journal entries for cross-company locations
• Perform monthly global reconciliations of intercompany balances, payments, and netting
• Support the calculation of intercompany recharges in alignment with Transfer Pricing and Controlling departments
• Participate in cross-departmental projects, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and ERP enhancements
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvements
• Prepare intercompany analytics and reports for internal stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany accounting transactions and policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting and Intercompany transactions
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Solid accounting knowledge across GL, AR, AP, and Cash Management
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal management input
• Strong interest in technical solutions and automation
