- Convert leads and quotes into sales
- Meet minimum monthly premium written targets
- Maintain average premium value
- Achieve nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Meet facility quality targets
- Manage cancellation ratios

- Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Ability to work in a call centre environment
- Sales oriented with high attention to detail
