About the role
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows for web and mobile apps
- Create high-fidelity prototypes with motion and micro-interactions
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers for smooth handoffs
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user insights
- Contribute to design systems, motion guidelines, and interaction libraries
- Stay updated on UI/UX and motion design trends
Requirements
- Strong foundation in interaction design, motion principles, and micro-interactions
- Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, Lottie, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent UI design skills including layout, typography, color, and accessibility
- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web
- Experience working with design systems or building motion/interaction libraries
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI and interaction work
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with 3D tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
