Interaction Designer

Responsibilities

• Assume the role of the user’s voice in cross-functional groups to help define product requirements
• Create new designs including user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes
• Communicate design intent to internal and external teams
• Rationalize and justify design work while advocating for users’ needs
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers
• Participate in user experience research and usability studies

Requirements

• 7 years of experience designing complex desktop or web applications
• Proficiency with Sketch and other modern design tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field (HCI, human factors, or graphic design) or equivalent practical experience
