Interaction Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce User Interface deliverables including Concept Demos, Site Maps, and Wireframes
• Ensure team deliverables align with UX Team work plans and program objectives
• Collaborate with BAC Team and SMEs to develop interfaces that comply with usability standards
• Lead wireframe development sessions
• Evaluate usability test and focus group results to incorporate learnings into UI deliverables
• Work with Technology Team to ensure UX assets track to platform and browser/OS specifications
• Collaborate with Content Team to ensure delivery of inputs coincides with UX dependencies
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in for proposed designs

Requirements

• 6 years of broad project team UX experience
• Proven capability in collaborating across business lines and technology teams
• Expert in wireframing web documentation using InDesign, Axure, or HTML prototyping
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
• Experience in usability design, navigation design, and online content organization
• Knowledge of IA/taxonomy creation and search optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional designation in web usability principles
• Experience with mobile web and downloadable app design
