Intensive Therapeutic Home Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young people in residential care
• Support and mentor a team of Therapeutic Care Workers to embed therapeutic models of support
• Assist young people in developing independent living skills and engaging in education
• Partner with Case Managers and Therapeutic Specialists to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain positive connections between young people, their families, and the broader community

Requirements

• Diploma of Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field (desirable)
• Previous leadership or extensive therapeutic support experience in OOHC, ITC, Mental Health, or Disability settings
• Experience connecting with young people with neurodevelopmental diagnoses
• Ability to build trust and rapport with young people
• Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)
• Current Driver's Licence
