Intensive Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ITU
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and report changes to the medical team
• Carry out assessments, administer treatments, and manage intensive care procedures
• Utilize restraint and head hold techniques when necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 6 months experience in critical care
• Strong understanding of critical care procedures, monitoring, and patient safety
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work across various shifts including nights, weekends, and days
