Intensive Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-tech nursing care including curative, preventive, palliative, educational, and rehabilitative dimensions
• Perform intensive patient monitoring and implement pain therapies as prescribed
• Execute resuscitation and emergency measures
• Utilize medical-technical devices in daily practice
• Collaborate in the supervision and training of new nursing staff, students, and other health professionals
• Contribute to quality development and research in the healthcare field

Requirements

• Bachelor HES in nursing or recognized equivalence by the Swiss Red Cross
• EPD ES diploma in intensive care
• Minimum of two years of experience in acute care expertise
• Proficiency in institutional applications such as DPI, DPA, CLINISOFT (CCC), and DANI
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under stress
• Ability to work effectively within a large multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
