Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative care following surgery
• Care for patients requiring intensive care
• Participate in the internal emergency response team 24/7
• Utilize bedside reporting according to SBAR, involving patients in their own care

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Further education in intensive care or anesthesia
• Experience working in an intensive care unit
• Ability to remain stable, focused, and maintain sound judgment in stressful and complex situations
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in surgical care
• Experience with development work
• Proficiency in TakeCare and/or Orbit systems
