Intensive Care Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical leadership and high-quality intensive care within a state-of-the-art ICU
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients requiring intensive medical intervention
• Manage complex critical cases and develop specialized treatment protocols
• Lead and mentor junior medical staff and trainees
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and progress
• Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a current, valid medical license
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a related specialty
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an ICU setting
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex clinical situations
