Intelligent Automation Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and administer the day-to-day running of orchestration and automated processes in the live production environment.
• Respond to and resolve orchestration and automation-related incidents promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in automation workflows, scripts, and orchestration processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation and orchestration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to enhance system performance.
• Implement changes to automation workflows following established change management procedures.
• Monitor resource utilization trends to support scalability and system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in production support, ideally involving automation and orchestration technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with orchestration and automation technologies, specifically Power Automate or Camunda.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Knowledge of API Gateways, such as Apigee or CA Layer 7.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Cloud, Java, Terraform, or Oracle database.
• Understanding of DevOps processes.
