About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and test intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, OpenAI, and PowerApps within an Agile scrum environment
  • Deliver architecture, designs, and implementations to support business needs across Automation, AI, and Custom Apps portfolios
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects, application issues, and root cause analysis for sustaining issues
  • Manage application functionality updates, integrations, configurations, releases, and security settings
  • Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality and participate in software design and code reviews
  • Partner with IT resources to drive the overall strategy, design, and continual improvement of application services
  • Provide application best practice guidance to end users and develop policies to maintain team standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, administration, configuration, and integration
  • Proficiency with UiPath and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
  • Strong ability to analyze technical and data problems to propose effective solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with AI/Gen AI applications, including LLMs and Prompt Engineering
  • API and scripting experience
  • Experience with change control in an FDA-regulated environment
  • Ability to work in shifts to support US business stakeholders
