Intelligence Specialist - VP

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into alleged violations of policies, regulations, or laws to identify non-compliance, fraud, or misconduct.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with unethical conduct and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and enhance proactive financial crime intelligence capabilities, frameworks, and operating models.
• Utilize advanced technology and data analytics tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investigations.
• Provide actionable intelligence insights to senior management and key stakeholders to strengthen risk management.
• Manage and mentor specialist intelligence teams, defining responsibilities and driving professional development.
• Document investigation processes and provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Significant specialist intelligence experience within a national security setting.
• Formal specialist training and expertise across all components of the Intelligence Cycle at an international or global level.
• Proven experience building or enhancing intelligence capabilities, frameworks, and processes.
• Experience in risk management under challenging and high-pressure circumstances.
• Experience successfully leading specialist intelligence teams or complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lead complex intelligence programs and influence senior stakeholders with strategic recommendations.
• Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience using data analytics to support intelligence outcomes.
• Experience designing and delivering specialist intelligence training programs.
• Background in conducting complex investigations involving serious organized crime, sanctions, anti-corruption, or other intelligence-led disciplines.
