About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform sanctions investigations, including drafting designation packages and evidentiary memoranda
  • Conduct complex intelligence research using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and classified sources
  • Utilize commercial databases to access corporate and financial records
  • Perform supply chain and corporate structure mapping
  • Conduct assessments regarding the impact of sanctions on specific regions, industries, and economies
  • Coordinate with various federal government agencies, including the Intelligence Community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Secret security clearance (with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret with SCI eligibility)
  • 1+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
  • Experience in research study writing, OSINT, and business intelligence
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Washington, DC
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with the Intelligence Community or other federal agencies
  • Proficiency in critical languages such as Russian, Chinese/Mandarin, or Korean
  • Subject matter expertise in maritime, shipping, oil, gas, narcotics trafficking, or human rights
