Intelligence Presales Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design for AI and Analytics engagements focusing on AI Readiness, Generative AI (RAG, Co-Pilots), and Agentic AI
• Architect end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft platform including Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio
• Design data platform architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake Storage
• Develop generative AI architectures incorporating RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies
• Lead technical discovery workshops and conduct solution presentations for C-level stakeholders
• Design and deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and proofs of value (PoVs) to demonstrate technical outcomes
• Author technical sections of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution design documentation
• Design process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
• Act as the primary technical liaison with Microsoft's AI and Data specialist sales teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• 4+ years of specific focus on Microsoft Azure AI and Data services
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
• Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio
• Proven experience designing Generative AI solutions (RAG, embedding pipelines, prompt engineering)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangChain
• Current Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-102, DP-203, DP-600, or AZ-305)
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dataiku DSS platform
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock/SageMaker or Google Vertex AI
• Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and regulatory compliance in MENA markets
• Experience in Telecom, Financial Services, Government, or Healthcare sectors
