About the Company

Qualitate is building the AI-native primary intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to targeted audiences for market research surveys and interviews
• Manage outreach and communication with potential survey participants
• Conduct and manage paid voice surveys across diverse sectors and industries
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous follow-up and analysis
• Analyze survey results and present findings clearly and efficiently
• Partner with internal teams to manage timelines and ensure project success
• Support client-facing communications with professionalism and responsiveness
• Identify opportunities to scale the business and improve products

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in market research, ideally in a coordination or associate capacity
• Experience with sample recruiting, surveys, and expert interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality suitable for fast-paced startup environments
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet aggressive timelines and deliver for clients
