Intelligence Operations SME

Responsibilities

• Provide technical subject matter expertise to assess federal organizations and develop modernization plans for geographically distributed workforces
• Identify operational and programmatic synergies with agencies possessing overlapping mission spaces
• Create improved methods for information-sharing governance and reporting
• Communicate fact-based assessment findings and implementation measures to Federal C-suite clients
• Support complex federal programs through stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community (IC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights
• Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations
• Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance frameworks
• Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making
• Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation
