Intelligence Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists
• Review documents for accuracy and manage staff requests for coordination and formatting
• Assist with administration of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
• Prepare correspondence, read-ahead documents, and briefing materials for official functions
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
• Manage organizational task management systems and provide weekly status reports
• Coordinate office meetings, VTCs, and maintain conference room calendars
• Ensure documentation compliance with Army Regulation 25-50
• Prepare and present organizational mission briefings for visitors

Requirements

• Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience OR High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
• Ability to communicate complex and technically advanced information
• Proficiency in Army editing standards, Classification standards, and DIA style guide
• Strong writing, editorial judgment, and professional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in researching multifaceted problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category
• 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
