Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify impactful intelligence topics based on customer intelligence needs and missions
• Produce high-quality intelligence assessments following Indian Intelligence Community standards
• Utilize AI-informed intelligence capabilities and expert research skills to gather information
• Identify information gaps and collaborate with Model and Data Development teams
• Apply structured analytic techniques to ensure product quality
• Brief finished intelligence products to internal and external audiences
• Serve as a subject matter expert on defense, military, weapons, and security developments
• Support enhancement of intelligence capabilities by providing feedback on tools and features

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of analytic experience in military capabilities, weapons systems, or defense/security
• BA/BS in International Affairs, Political Science, Economics, or related social science
• Demonstrated experience producing written intelligence products for specific client requirements
• Experience delivering briefings on complex national security topics in high-pressure environments
• Eligibility for a security clearance issued by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) or equivalent
• Must provide a 1–3 page original writing sample on a geopolitical or international security topic

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytic experience and training within the Indian Intelligence Community or military
• Advanced degree (MA/PhD) in a relevant field
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, or coding (Python, R, STATA)
