Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed mission analyses to scope and define parameters of critical reviews
• Identify and address DOTMLPF weaknesses, gaps, and disconnects
• Edit and provide recommendations for products based on documented sources
• Conduct timely reviews of implementing directives, regulations, white papers, or briefings
• Deliver evaluations that challenge assumptions, solutions, and content within five workdays
• Deliver unbiased reviews of significant projects such as experiment constructs or war-game designs
• Provide insights, observations, and actionable recommendations to TRADOC leadership
• Present findings through clear briefings and edited products

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 8-12 years of professional experience
• Extensive background in military intelligence operations and strategic decision-making
• Expertise in applying AI/ML technologies in defense and intelligence contexts
• Experience in designing and delivering instructional programs for defense professionals
• Background in developing, testing, and implementing military capabilities
• Experience in planning and assessing military exercises, wargaming, and strategic experimentation
• Knowledge of future operational environments and threat assessment
• Familiarity with the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) acquisition process
• Master's degree required in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Engineering, or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field
