- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior writing and communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located
