Integrator Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality standards across the skid and module fabrication ecosystem
• Hire, direct, and performance-manage a distributed team of third-party quality reps
• Author Fluidstack's Integrator Quality Manual and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
• Manage CxAlloy as the system of record, defining templates and workflows
• Direct reps to witness and document Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Qualify new integrator partners through facility assessments and inspections
• Enforce drawing version control and submittal workflows in Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Lead root-cause investigations on field-discovered defects and manage corrective actions via Procore
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with top integrators and travel up to 60% to facilities

Requirements

• Experience managing construction quality, commissioning, or fabrication QA for data centers or large-scale MEP/industrial projects
• Experience managing third-party or contract quality staff across multiple sites
• Hands-on experience with CxAlloy for commissioning and quality management
• Technical knowledge of MEP systems including switchgear, PDUs, cooling, generators, UPS, and structural steel
• Ability to present technical findings to both project teams and non-technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience with ITP development and FAT planning
• Knowledge of weld inspection standards (AWS D1.1)
• Experience with hyperscale modular or prefab programs
• Certifications such as CQM, CQE, or CCM
• Lean or Six Sigma expertise
