About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client integration questions, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve integration-related support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Build, configure, and maintain automations using n8n and other no-code/low-code tools.
- Map and transform data between systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.
- Document bugs and feature requests with clear technical details for Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve integration reliability.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, SaaS support, or a client-facing technical role.
- Experience working with no-code/low-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Conceptual understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and high attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a support queue and prioritize tasks independently.
