About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client integration questions, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve integration-related support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build, configure, and maintain automations using n8n and other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Map and transform data between systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.
  • Document bugs and feature requests with clear technical details for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve integration reliability.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, SaaS support, or a client-facing technical role.
  • Experience working with no-code/low-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Conceptual understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and high attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a support queue and prioritize tasks independently.

  • Genuine interest in AI tools and a desire to incorporate them into daily workflows.
