Integrations Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new technology partners to ensure seamless integration with the Addepar platform
• Design and implement robust integration solutions using APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and secure file delivery methods
• Leverage and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and other service technologies such as SOAP for data exchange
• Work with data in formats including JSON and XML, performing parsing, transformation, and mapping as required
• Implement secure API authentication and authorization protocols, such as API keys and OAuth 2.0
• Collaborate with partners to assess technical requirements and provide guidance on integration best practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and workflow diagrams
• Support and troubleshoot technical issues during and after partner integration to ensure a smooth experience
• Engage with R&D teams to provide feedback on platform improvements and stay informed of product updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in technology, finance, or consulting
• Proven track record of successfully delivering integration-related projects
• Strong understanding of API security, performance, and best practices
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Knowledge of API authentication and authorization protocols
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (visa sponsorship is not available)
