Integrations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of product, policy, and operational launches end-to-end, from initial scoping through delivery and post-launch follow-through.
• Manage timelines, identify potential risks proactively, and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Community Trust (CT) during cross-functional trade-off discussions, ensuring operational feasibility and compliance.
• Pull critical information from product teams regarding scope and timelines and push relevant updates to stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness.
• Build and improve scalable systems, including process improvements, tooling, and communication norms, to support high-volume launch cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven experience managing 5+ concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous, undefined work into clear plans with defined owners and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority across various levels of an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, policy operations, or regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of the balance between user safety and product velocity in a platform environment.
• Experience with systems-thinking and process design to improve team frameworks.
• Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) or launch readiness programs with complex dependencies.
