Integrations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build connectors and ingestion pipelines for enterprise data from sources like Snowflake, SharePoint, and live pricing feeds
• Design and operate pipelines that handle scale, failures, and edge cases
• Debug issues across APIs, auth systems, and data formats under real-time pressure
• Own reliability end-to-end including monitoring, alerting, on-call, and incident response
• Improve internal tooling and observability
• Partner with product and customer teams to scope and ship high-value integrations
• Design and ship agents that make enterprise data accessible across product surfaces

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally at a startup
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building backend services and APIs
• Direct experience with third-party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, rate limiting, pagination)
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and tools like Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, or ElasticSearch
• Operational mindset with comfort regarding on-call responsibilities
• Strong debugging instincts and ability to trace data issues through logs and queues
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to stakeholders
• Autonomous and self-directed work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, SharePoint, or Salesforce
• Familiarity with document processing pipelines or content extraction
• Experience building agentic systems or LLM-enabled products
• Frequent use of AI development tools like Cursor or Claude Code
