Integration, Verification, and Validation Engineer (Space)

Responsibilities

• Integrate software components for image chains (acquisition, processing, archiving, broadcasting) and mission chains (planning, control, monitoring)
• Define, write, and execute IVV test and validation plans for functional chains
• Verify compliance of image processing (radiometry, geometry, formats) and mission functions
• Automate tests and validations using Python, Bash, Jenkins, or Ansible
• Draft IVV documentation including STR, STD, SVR, VCD, and test reports
• Identify and track functional or technical anomalies using JIRA
• Pilot manual and automated test campaigns, analyze logs, and detect regressions
• Collaborate with system, development, and client teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, image processing, or space systems
• Significant experience in integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ)
• Proficiency in image processing (radiometry, geometry) and formats (GeoTIFF, JPEG2000, DIMAP)
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and virtualization (VMware, Docker)
• Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Bash, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and monitoring (Centreon, Grafana, ELK)
• Fluent French and technical English
