Integration & Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accelerate new hire time-to-productivity to support business ramp-up and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards through structured onboarding and training
• Build scalable and standardized learning frameworks for the shop floor and technical workforce
• Drive data-driven improvements in employee retention, competence, and performance
• Align with hiring managers on workforce needs to ensure recruitment plans match production schedules
• Manage training matrices, close skill gaps, and prepare reports linking learning to productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, or workforce development
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and competency management processes
• Proficiency with HR systems and training tracking tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
