About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on testing with autonomous vehicles in Greenville, SC
- Work in Release Candidate and Development Testing areas
- Test autonomy developer pull requests on vehicles on public roads
- Leverage system requirements to develop Release Candidate and Structured Tests
- Support Vehicle Behavior requirements and simulation functional set development
- Work with automated ADAS test equipment to execute choreographed scenarios
- Analyze test results and create detailed written reports for developers
- Conduct integration testing for software, hardware, and sensor systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree or PhD
- Ability to work onsite in Greenville, SC
- Strong understanding of the autonomous vehicle software stack
- Solid problem solving skills
- Competency in understanding performance requirements for autonomous systems
- Ability to write test documentation for test cases and engineering processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ADAS automation testing products
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience using dashboarding software such as Looker or Superset
