Integration Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Understand the products being tested
• Execute test procedures according to Exponent Standards
• Exercise safety practices and discipline during test execution
• Process test data methodically to capture deviations
• Work with sub-system owners through production and product life
• Raise, assign, and prioritize bugs to relevant sub-systems
• Ensure products meet all specifications
• Provide feedback on test standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lithium battery or high power chargers
• Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical concepts
• Experience executing test instructions
• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, torque tools, and cable size calculations
• Proficiency with measurement instruments like dataloggers and oscilloscopes
• Strong documentation skills for recording test observations
• Previous test experience on battery, BMS, or charger systems
