Integration System Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer technical requirements for updates to integration and ERP environments
• Recommend technical solutions and design document flows to meet customer requirements
• Develop ERP-specific solutions using GHX and third-party applications
• Configure customer mailboxes, routing rules, and system profiles
• Build and configure transformation services for document mapping
• Create and execute test plans to validate GHX Services
• Coordinate directly with customer technical resources to complete tasks
• Provide technical documentation including specifications, workflow diagrams, and training guides
• Act as a Tier 4 support escalation point for implementation issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in EDI (ANSI/X12), XML, and flat file data formats
• 3+ years of experience in SFTP, HTTP/S, Web Services, API, or AS2 protocols
• Knowledge of healthcare Supply Chain and/or Procurement
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of databases, User Interfaces, and inter-application communication
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems (Infor Cloudsuite, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday)
• Knowledge of on-premises ERP systems (Lawson, Meditech, Peoplesoft)
• Familiarity with ITIL and SLM Change Management concepts
• Experience working on cross-functional projects
